1) Shakeology is meant to be a meal replacement. You wouldn’t be buying it on top of the groceries you already budget for. You’d be replacing part of your grocery list with it. So say you commit to having it for breakfast or lunch every day. You then would not buy what you usually eat for breakfast or lunch! It’s that simple. Just swap it out. Does your normal breakfast/lunch cost at least $4? I would bet that it probably does. Not a breakfast person? Even more reason why you need this.
2) If you’re like me, you probably get breakfast on the go in the mornings, or eat out for lunch, at least sometimes. I admit, I treat myself to Starbucks on occasion. But every time I do, I shell out at LEAST $6, cause those breakfast sandwiches and pastries just look sooo good. And as I hand over my money, I cringe at the little voice in the back of my head saying, “Your Shakeology costs you only $3!!!”. Even if I get just coffee, it’s more than my Shakeology! I bet a coffee and bagel at Dunkin Donuts, costs at least $3 too. What meal can you buy these days that costs $3-4? There aren’t many. So Shakeology actually SAVES money! And you can’t compare the nutrition you get to all this fast food. Even if you brown bag your lunch, you’re probably spending at least $4 to make it.
3) Do you buy supplements? Multi-vitamins, protein powder, etc? Shakeology replaces most of these. I used to waste money on multi-vitamins that I would forget to take. Either that or they would make me sick to my stomach. I was throwing money away. The protein powders that I would buy at GNC were full of artificial ingredients. Shakeology gives me the vitamins and protein I need in an all natural product. Of course, I’m no doctor or nutritional expert. 4) Now let’s talk about the cost of gaining weight. It means having to shell out money on new clothes because the clothes you have don’t fit you anymore. Shakeology helps you lose or maintain your weight, depending on how many total calories you’re taking in. Isn’t $3-4 a day worth that?
5) Shakeology helps reduce cravings by giving you the nutrition that your body needs. That means less money spent on snacks, trips to the vending machine, soda, etc. All those things that we spend money on out of convenience, but that are not good for us. Shakeology replaces all of these.

I have heard some people mention that they feel Shakeology costs too much. Well here is my opinion on that statement.
